By accessing PreMoney.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

[02] Service Description

PreMoney.ai is a product research and opportunity analysis tool. It retrieves publicly available product listing data from third-party marketplace APIs (including the Etsy Open API and Gumroad), applies proprietary scoring and analysis, and presents the results through an interactive dashboard to help users identify product opportunities.

[03] Third-Party Data & Trademarks

PreMoney.ai retrieves data through official, authorized APIs provided by third-party marketplaces. All marketplace data remains the property of its respective platforms.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. All Etsy data is accessed in compliance with the Etsy API Terms of Use.

“Gumroad” is a trademark of Gumroad, Inc. This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gumroad, Inc.

All other trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

[04] Data Accuracy

Product data, scores, revenue estimates, and gap analyses are provided for informational purposes only. Revenue figures are estimates derived from publicly available signals and should not be treated as financial advice or guaranteed market data. Always conduct your own research before making business decisions.

[06] Prohibited Use

  • — Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing raw marketplace data obtained through this platform
  • — Automated scraping of the dashboard or API endpoints
  • — Misrepresenting estimated data as verified financial information
  • — Using the platform to circumvent marketplace terms of service
  • — Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users
  • — Using data from this platform to harass, undermine, or unfairly target specific sellers

[07] Intellectual Property

The scoring algorithms, gap analysis methodology, and presentation format are proprietary to PreMoney.ai. The underlying marketplace data belongs to its respective platforms and is used under their API terms of service.

[08] API Compliance

PreMoney.ai accesses marketplace data exclusively through official, authorized APIs. We do not screen-scrape or circumvent any platform's access controls. Our use of third-party APIs is subject to their respective terms of use, and we comply with all applicable rate limits, caching policies, and data usage restrictions.

[09] Limitation of Liability

PreMoney.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the service or reliance on its data.

[10] Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
